Rent covers your bed, Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, water and electricity for Non-AC rooms. AC rooms have a fixed monthly AC charge included in the AC rent. The in-house mess is opening soon and meal charges will be shared separately before it starts.
Yes — a one-time refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent, returned when you vacate after serving the notice period.
Yes. They are completely separate buildings with separate entrances, staff and rules. The Girls PG has a resident lady warden.
Of course. Book a free visit any day between 9 AM and 8 PM and our manager will show you the rooms, kitchen and common areas.
Entry closes at 11:00 PM for the Boys PG and 10:00 PM for the Girls PG. Late entry is allowed with prior intimation.
The in-house mess is opening soon and will serve pure vegetarian home-style food. Until it starts, the kitchen area, RO water and a market with food outlets 2 minutes away are available to residents.
Parents are always welcome. They can meet you in the common lounge during visiting hours.
